This summer Palama Settlement will offer a five day program for middle school aged girls to help them think more about their career options and build their self-confidence. Each day the girls will participate in facilitator-led activities to help them identify the areas in which they are most skilled, practice for job interviews, and receive guidance on grooming and hygiene. There will be two field trips: one to Honolulu Community College and one to the Sheraton Waikiki. Lunch will be provided each day. This program is free – to register, please contact Donna Taniguichi at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (808) 848-2517.
