Kahala Nui Supports Our Seniors this Holiday Season!
A big mahalo goes out from Palama Settlement to Mr. Pat Duarte and his staff at Kahala Nui for providing 300 holiday gift bags for seniors in the communities we serve. It was a busy morning as our staff drove empty vans out to the vibrant senior living community and, with the help of Kahala Nui’s staff, filled up with canvas gift bags containing with useful goodies. Staff and volunteers from the Neighborhood Development and Community Outreach Program made deliveries to delighted seniors throughout our neighborhoods in the afternoon.
Thank you to Kahala Nui for providing services and assistance to seniors not only within their own living community, but to seniors throughout the entire island.
