Summer Coding Classes for Children Ages 7-12

Is your child interested in learning how to code? Would your son or daughter like to create their own videos or games? Then sign them up for our FREE Video Game & Cultural Storytelling Class!
Coding classes at Palama Settlement will run from June 16-July 21, 2018 on Saturdays from 2:00-5:00 p.m. in the Henry & Colene Wong Computer Center. Students will learn Scratch, a free programming language and online community where you can create your own interactive stories, games, and animations, developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Classes are taught by Twiddle Productions, a local animation, production, and multimedia studio. This is a great way to introduce your child to computer coding in a fun and friendly environment.
