Congratulations to team Palama for cooking their delicious chicken dish at this year’s 2nd Annual 808 Jr. Chef Showdown! The Palama Chefs team won 2nd place in the overall cooking competition held on March 21 at Palama Settlement. Nine teams of five youth each from Kalihi-Palama area non-profits competed with their unique dishes, created with a healthy twist.
