Do I need to bring my own chair?

Nope! We provide sturdy, comfortable chairs for all participants. 

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. 

Is Chair Yoga safe if I have limited mobility?

Yes! All movements are gentle and can be adapted to your comfort level.

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all! This class is perfect for beginners.
