How do I reserve a facility?
First, download and complete the appropriate rental application form (see links above). Then, email it to info@palamasettlement.org. A staff member will contact you to confirm availability and next steps.
What facilities are available for rent?
We offer rentals for our gymnasium, swimming pool, dining hall, lanai, conference rooms, and outdoor field spaces.
Can I rent the gym or pool for private sports practice or team events?
Yes! Our gym and pool are available for private practices, team rentals, and club or school activities.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events or during peak seasons.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes, we have a parking lot available for guests and event attendees.
Can we bring outside food or hire a caterer?
Yes. You may bring in food or hire a caterer. Our dining hall rental includes access to a certified industrial kitchen for prep, storage, and refrigeration.
Is insurance or a security deposit required?
Depending on the event type, we may require a certificate of insurance or a refundable security deposit. Our staff will inform you of the specific requirements during the booking process.
Are lifeguards provided for pool rentals?
Lifeguard staffing may be required for certain pool rentals. Please inquire when submitting your application.
Are the facilities ADA accessible?
